Meet John Antrim
With a career spanning two police departments, I dedicated most of my adult life to mastering the art of communication. As a Training Coordinator, Training Specialist, and Hostage Negotiator, I developed expertise in reading people and situations, de-escalating conflicts, and navigating difficult conversations. I have found that these skills are just as vital in business and leadership as they are in law enforcement.
Beyond policing, I have experience in multi-level sales and real estate, industries where trust and persuasion are key. As a husband of 24 years and a father of 11, I understand the challenges of communication in both professional and personal settings.
